Minor Piercing
Anyone under the age of 18:

Every client must have a physical photo identification card with them, age 1 month-17 years. Examples of an ID card are: an identification card from the DMV, a plastic school identification card, or a passport.

All minors seeking to be pierced MUST be accompanied by a parent, with their government issued identification card. If you have a legal guardian, they will need to have the accompanying court documentation in hand as well.
To be clear, legal guardians are not any adult over the age of 18. If your parent or legal guardian doesn’t want to come in, we can’t use a sister, brother, friend's mom etc. It is illegal.

If your last name does not match your parent or legal guardian's last name, we will need a birth certificate present as well.

Anyone over the age of 18:
Have an identification card from the DMV, a driver’s license, or a passport present. If you are above the age of 18, we can no longer take a school identification card as a form of legal identification.
